They say that if you like doing something, you will probably do a better job. Chris loves what he does, and it shows. He approaches life with a contagious enthusiasm and passion that doesn’t stop when business starts, and he’s committed to giving his best to his clients.

"I really do enjoy helping people” Chris says. “I appreciate that buying and selling a home is an enormous financial and emotional undertaking, and I take my part in those decisions very seriously; I tell my clients their dreams are safe with me, and I’ll do everything I can to make them a reality.”

Chris has been an Insurance Broker and Chartered Insurance Professional for more than 32 years, which, in addition to providing Chris with considerable knowledge, means his clients can receive both a free comparative market evaluation of their property and, if needed, a free rebuilding cost valuation for insurance purposes.

Chris brings to his real estate clients a level of service, and a degree of integrity that has won him the thanks of many happy customers.

“I’m in touch with clients at least weekly, that’s my promise,” Chris says. “I insist on it; because being truly in touch with clients and really hearing what they have to say is the only way to understand them, and to find a property that works at every level.”

A well-rounded community and family man with diverse interests, Chris was born and raised in the UK. He moved to Canada with his Canadian wife and daughters, became a Canadian citizen and has thoroughly enjoyed living in the Calgary area ever since. In addition to his commitment to family, Chris also believes in community responsibility, and has served two terms on three school boards and is also Past President of Bragg Creek Chamber of Commerce.

Before family, real estate and insurance, Chris was a successful competitive swimmer, a career he followed up by forming a swimming school which is still going strong after more than 30 years. He has been a keen squash player, and has learned to SCUBA dive and to fly.
